You're working way too hard on things a computer should be doing.

I find what's wasting your time, losing you leads, or slowing down your business, then I build the system that handles it for you. Sometimes that's AI. Sometimes it's automation. Sometimes it's simply making the tools you already use work together.

30 minutes. Tell me what keeps stealing your time. No pitch.

Where the day goes

Your job isn't the problem. Everything around the job is.

You're good at the thing you do. The problem is everything wrapped around it: updating inventory manually, abandoned carts going nowhere, copying customer information between apps, repetitive emails, orders, reporting, quoting, and follow-ups. You shouldn't still be doing that at 11pm.

Answering slow costs you the saleWhether someone's asking about a product or a service, waiting too long to reply can mean losing the sale to whoever answered first.

You're updating things manually, every timeInventory, orders, customer information, reports, estimates — if you're entering the same information again and again, your business is creating work it doesn't need to.

Your apps don't talk to each otherYour store, email, payments, booking, customer data, and internal tools may all hold different pieces of the same information. You shouldn't be the person copying it between them.

Opportunities are falling through the cracksAn abandoned cart, a customer who never got a follow-up, a lead that went quiet, or an order that needed attention — small gaps can quietly cost you sales.

What could be Hendled?

If it keeps repeating, it probably doesn't need you.

The exact solution changes from business to business. The goal doesn't: less manual work, faster follow-up, and fewer things falling through the cracks.

A customer reaches outQuestions, inquiries, and follow-ups can be handled faster so customers aren't left waiting and opportunities don't disappear.

Inventory or orders changeInformation can update across the places your team actually uses, without someone manually copying the same details again and again.

A customer doesn't complete the purchaseAbandoned carts and customer follow-ups can trigger the right message at the right time instead of going nowhere.

Your team repeats the same tasksRepetitive emails, reports, admin, marketing tasks, estimates, and moving information between systems can often happen with far less manual work.

That thing you hate doing every week?

How it works

Find it. Fix it. Keep it running.

I look at how your business actually runs, find the work that does not need you, and build the fix around the tools and team you already have.

01

I find it.

We go through how your business actually runs. I find where time, money, and opportunities are slipping through the cracks, then give you a clear plan for what to fix first.

  • We walk through your week step by step
  • Every task you do manually, written down
  • A plan, ranked by how many hours it saves you
  • Fixed price, fixed timeline
02

I build it.

I build the solution around your business. That could mean helping sales respond faster, improving customer follow-up, connecting marketing to what happens after someone clicks, keeping inventory or order information in sync, simplifying admin and reporting, creating a custom AI tool, or getting the apps you already use to finally work together. You're not buying more software. You're buying a smarter way for your business to run.

  • Built around how you actually work
  • Uses what you already pay for where it can
  • Tested on real jobs before you touch it
  • It's yours when it's done
03

It runs.

If you want ongoing support, I keep it running, improve it as your business grows, and handle the next bottleneck when we find it. You get the time back without becoming your own tech department.

  • I keep an eye on it
  • It gets better over time
  • First call when something breaks
  • Cancel whenever

Always looking

I keep looking for better ways to run your business.

New tools come out every day. I find the ones that actually make sense for your business, test them, and bring them in only when they can save you time, money, or headaches.

Proof, not a case study

I built it for my own business first.

I co-own a cleaning company in NYC that runs jobs every day, and it's still running right now. As we grew, so did the admin: leads, estimates, contracts, invoices, payments, and follow-ups. Writing estimates was killing my evenings, so I built a system that connected the whole process.

Now a customer can move from inquiry to quote to contract to invoice and payment without me dragging every step forward. It gave me my evenings back. That's when I realized other business owners needed this too.

Who you'd be working with

I know business. I know marketing. And I know how to make tech actually useful.

I'm Hendel. I've spent years inside both product and service businesses — leading marketing for a company that sells products, working across e-commerce and customer experience, and co-running a service business in NYC. I've been responsible for growth and for everything that growth creates behind the scenes, which is why I can look at very different businesses and spot the problems that software alone can't.

E-commerce & product photography

Ran my own studio. My job was making products actually sell: the styling and the presentation that make a stranger stop and say yes.

Marketing director, 4 years

I led marketing for a product business: the brand, campaigns, e-commerce, and everything a customer sees from the first ad to the moment they buy, plus the team and budget behind it. That put me inside both the marketing and the systems behind the sale — customer journeys, emails, payments, website connections, and the details that can make growth easier or harder.

Co-owner, cleaning company

Still running today. This gave me the service-business side too: leads, quoting, scheduling, customer communication, payments, and managing a team. I hit the same wall from the owner's side and built the system that takes someone from "can I get a quote" all the way to paid without me dragging it there.

Now, It's Hendled

I bring those worlds together: marketing, leadership, operations and technology, then use them to solve whatever is costing your business time, money or opportunities.

I'm not here to add another tool to your business. I'm here to make something you hate doing disappear.
